Phil Weber

Chief Executive Officer

Phil has served as Chief Executive Officer of Forestar since September 2015

Phil has served as Chief Executive Officer of Forestar since September 2015. Since May 2013, Phil has also served and currently serves as Chairman of the Forestar Real Estate Investment Committee. Phil previously served as our Executive Vice President - Real Estate from 2009 to May 2013 and as Executive Vice President – Water Resources from May 2013 to September 2015. Prior to joining Forestar, he served the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) as Senior Vice President — Multifamily from 2006 to October 2009, as Chief of Staff to the CEO from 2004 to 2006, and as Chief of Staff to non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Corporate Secretary from 2005 to 2006.

Phil received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University after completing his legal studies at Southern Methodist University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Christian University.

Bruce Dickson

Chief Real Estate Officer

Bruce has served Forestar as Chief Real Estate Officer since March 2011.

Bruce has served as our Chief Real Estate Officer since March 2011. From 2009 through March 2011, he was the owner of Fairchild Investments LLC, a real estate investment firm. He served Standard Pacific Corp., as Southeast Region President, from 2004 to 2009 and as Austin Division President from 2002 to 2004. From 1991 to 2001, he held region or division president positions with D.R. Horton, Inc., Milburn Homes and Continental Homes. His prior experience includes investment banking and financial services.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University.

Chuck Jehl

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Chuck is currently serving as our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.

Chuck is currently serving as our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to this position. Chuck held the position of Executive Vice President - Oil and Gas from 2013 to September, 2015 and Chief Accounting Officer from 2006 to 2013. Additionally, he served as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Guaranty Insurance Services, Inc. from 2005 to 2006, and as Senior Vice President and Controller from 2000 to 2005. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Jehl held various financial management positions within Temple-Inland’s financial services segment.

A Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas, Chuck received his Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Concordia Lutheran College at Austin.

David Grimm

Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary, Executive Vice President

David has served as our Chief Administrative Officer since 2007.

David has served as our Chief Administrative Officer since 2007, in addition to holding the offices of General Counsel and Secretary since 2006. Mr. Grimm served Temple-Inland as Group General Counsel from 2005 to 2006, Associate General Counsel from 2003 to 2005, and held various other legal positions from 1992 to 2003. Prior to joining Temple-Inland, Mr. Grimm was an attorney in private practice in Dallas, Texas.

He is a Certified Public Accountant with experience as an auditor for an international accounting firm. David received both a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University.

Tom Etheredge

President – Multifamily Operations

Tom has served as our President – Multifamily since 2015.

Tom has served as our President – Multifamily since 2015. Previously, from 2006-2015, Tom held the title of Executive Vice President, serving in various management capacities in both our Community Development Group and our Multifamily Group. From 1992 until 2006, he held senior management positions in the commercial real estate lending group of Guaranty Bank. From 1984-1992, he held various positions with a small land development company and with a real estate valuation consultant.

Tom's background includes over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including key management positions focused on construction and development, asset management, structured finance, strategic partnerships, and risk-management. He graduated from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, with a degree in Economics.

Michael Quinley

President – Real Estate, East Region

Michael has served Forestar as President - Community Development since September 2015.

Michael has served Forestar as President - Community Development since September 2015. Michael previously served Forestar as Executive Vice President - Eastern Region Investment and Development since May 2008. Michael has more than 30 years of prior real estate experience, including previously held positions as CEO of Patrick Malloy Communities, as Senior Executive Vice President of Cousins Properties Incorporated and as Senior Vice President and CFO of Peachtree Corners Inc., all based in Atlanta.

Mr. Quinley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Tom Burleson

Executive Vice President – Real Estate, West Region

Tom has served Forestar as Executive Vice President since 2003.

Tom has served Forestar as Executive Vice President - Western Region Investment and Development since 2003. Tom's background includes over 25 years of financial and real estate-related experience, with expertise in large, master-planned communities with extensive amenity packages.

In addition to numerous positions affiliated with the Trammell Crow family, Tom was a partner in a Dallas-based holding company with investments in real estate, and oil and gas exploration and production. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
